Terms of service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Luanne, a scheduling assistant provided at luanne.xyz. By signing in or emailing Luanne, you agree to them.
Who may use Luanne
Luanne is available by invitation to specific people and organisations. You must have a Google account and be allowed into a Luanne workspace by its administrator.
What Luanne does on your behalf
When you ask Luanne to schedule something, you authorise her to email the people you name, propose times based on your calendar, create, change, or cancel calendar events in your name, and send confirmations. Luanne acts within the preferences and permissions you set. You can pause her or take over any conversation at any time, and you are responsible for the instructions you give.
Acceptable use
Do not use Luanne to send unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate anyone, to harass people, or to schedule on behalf of someone who has not asked you to. Do not attempt to access other users' data or to interfere with the service.
Your data
How Luanne handles your information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Availability and changes
Luanne is provided as is. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be withdrawn. Scheduling involves other people's replies and third-party services (Google, email providers), so Luanne cannot guarantee that a meeting will be booked or that a message will be delivered. Always check important bookings on your calendar.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luanne and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed meetings, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Luanne at any time by disconnecting your calendar and asking for your account to be deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
